The Vayus Flow Teacher Training is a 250-hour program recognized by Yoga Alliance International, designed for those who wish to teach yoga and conscious movement with greater clarity, stability, and creative freedom.
This training is a journey into experiential anatomy, breathing physiology, subtle joint dynamics, and deep movement perception.
The method is inspired by the Prana Vayus, the five energetic movements described in Eastern traditions.
These energetic currents support specific physical, physiological, and mental processes, and each training module explores a body area related to one of the Vayus.
The aim is to educate teachers with a holistic approach to movement, capable of offering practical tools to create effective classes that respect the natural intelligence of the human body.
As yoga practice continues to grow, the Reformer can become an extraordinary tool for creating a natural bridge between Yoga and Pilates.
In this one-day format designed for Pilates teachers with prior Reformer experience, you will learn how to integrate yoga-inspired sequences into group Reformer classes, bringing greater variety and quality to your programming.
We will practice essential Asana elements, foundational techniques for offering safe adjustments, and a complete sequence including standing work, backbends, spinal twists, forward folds, hip openers, and inversions.
An experience designed to move with clearer intention, connect with the power of breath, and expand vitality.

My work stems from the need to bring movement back to a more human and profound dimension.
When we understand how the body really moves, every gesture takes on meaning.
Practice becomes easier, teaching becomes clearer and the experience becomes more deeply rooted.
