My journey

There are moments when the body speaks before the mind, inviting us to slow down, observe, and listen.

My journey began this way, quietly, through years of martial arts, yoga, Pilates, and the study of anatomy and biomechanics.

I have always experienced movement as my way of relating to myself.

I graduated with honors in Sport and Exercise Sciences. Academic study gave me solid foundations, while real-world experience taught me what truly works when engaging with real bodies, their stories, limitations, and potential.

Every discipline I encountered left a mark.

They revealed how breathing shapes posture, how emotions live within the fascia, and how the body holds an intelligence that often goes unnoticed.

At a certain point, I began searching for a language capable of uniting all of this.

A language that could speak to body and mind with the same clarity.

This is how Vayus Flow was born

This research led me to create Vayus Flow, a method born from the desire to restore simplicity and depth to practice.

An approach that invites awareness beneath the surface, where the most authentic movements take shape.

I like to think of Vayus Flow as an inner map, guiding attention toward what connects breath, joints, fascia, energy, stability, and fluidity.

The balance of a shared journey

Over time, I have had the privilege of accompanying many people on this path.

Teachers, professionals, and practitioners seeking clarity, presence, and a more conscious way of inhabiting the body.

Every shared journey has confirmed one essential truth: movement is an education for life.

It teaches us to perceive ourselves more clearly, to breathe with honesty, and to choose gestures that nourish rather than deplete.

Mat You Can and my mission today

Over the years, I have accompanied teachers, professionals, and practitioners along this journey.

Every shared experience has reinforced a central conviction: movement is an education for life.

I founded Mat You Can to create an accessible and serious space where Yoga and Pilates can be studied and practiced with continuity, quality, and a contemporary vision of the body.

It is a project that brings together years of research and continues to grow alongside a community of teachers and movement professionals.
